Kalel Koven is a french photographer, working on different photographic genres with personal approaches and an artistic research adapted to the subject. His interest is the relationship between the human and the territory. To seize the poetry of the moment and the link that brings us together. His lyrical and sensitive photographic writing transports us into his bubble, almost out of the ground, in search of what we can only see by feeling. He has exhibited many times, notably in Paris, Nice, Arles and Cadaques…
Influenced by American photography, he remains in a constant evolution by avoiding to lock himself in boxes or proven "recipes". Kalel Koven is the founder of IN FRAME a media that explores the influences and approaches of documentary photography. Passing on and gaining recognition for documentary photography is one of his priorities.
